Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" — refers to the ho77 website and its associated services.
• "Member" or "User" — a person who has registered on ho77 or is using the service.
• "Account" — the personal user profile created after registration.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — funds allocated from the wallet to participate in any game or event conducted on the platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on ho77:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.

• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• ho77 may request additional documents to verify transactions, and withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

We reserve the right to decline any transaction request that falls outside the limits set by ho77.

Bonuses and Promotions

ho77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement is 20x.
• To withdraw a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be completed.
• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and specific terms, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
• If bonus abuse is found (bonus hunting, arbitrage, etc.), the bonus will be cancelled.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback is available across five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
• ho77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to participation in any game or betting activity on ho77:

• All games are operated using a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, ho77 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount.
• Slots, casino games, cricket, and sports betting — each category has its own detailed rules that apply.
• In case of a dispute over a game result, the log files stored on ho77's servers will be considered the final proof.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the wager amount will be refunded or settled according to the applicable policy.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities for an advantage will result in immediate account closure.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ho77 and are subject to penalties:

• Unauthorized access to or use of another person's account.
• Using any automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorist activities.
• Colluding with other members or cheating in any game.
• Providing a false identity, fake ID documents, or fraudulent information.
• Hacking or any unauthorized intrusion into the platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users.

For such activities, ho77 will permanently close the account, confiscate all balances, and may take legal action if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

ho77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request or providing false documents.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• The account remaining inactive for a long period (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, if the reason is not a rule violation, the user may be given the opportunity to withdraw their actual balance. In cases of closure due to rule violations, the balance may be forfeited.

A user may also request account closure at any time. In this case, any outstanding balance will be settled according to policy.

Limitation of Liability

ho77 is not responsible for the following:

• Any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or losses caused by issues with third-party game software or payment gateways.
• Theft or misuse of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial loss resulting from losing a bet — this is a normal part of gaming.
• Any claim for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Subject to applicable law, ho77's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the original amount of the transaction in dispute.

Privacy
